(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 420,465,468 and 471 of I.P.C in Crime No.188 of 2019.

2. Heard both sides.

3. It is seen from the F.I.R that the accused had caused loss of Rs.4,25,000/- to the defacto complainant. It is further seen that the investigation is over and final report has been filed. So, the case had been taken cognizance in C.C.No.46 of 2020 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Sathyamangalam. Therefore, this Court is of the considered view, that the petitioner may be directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate Sathyamangalam and seek regular bail and on such petition being filed the learned trial Judge is directed to dispose the petition on the same day on merits.
