O R D E R

The present petition has been filed alleging contempt on the part of the respondents in not adhering to the directions of this Court, passed in WP No.27139 of 2019 dated 25.09.2019.

2. Vide the aforesaid order, the respondents were directed to furnish the documents sought for by the petitioner through registered post within a time frame so as to enable the petitioner to make an effective representation.

3. It is submitted on behalf of the contemnors that the documents sought for by the petitioner has been sent to the petitioner and that the petitioner has also made a comprehensive representation on 20.12.2019.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that with regard to the bias alleged against respondents 1 and 4 against which the petitioner has made a representation against the 2nd respondent, however, no order has been passed on the same. Therefore, full compliance of the order is not there.

5. It is to be pointed out that the receipt of documents as ordered by this Court is not denied by the petitioner. The direction of this Court was to the effect that the respondents shall provide the copies of the documents to

3 Cont.P.No.1535 of 2021 the petitioner, which has been duly complied with. In view of the order of this Court having been complied with, this contempt petition deserves to be closed. Insofar as bias raised in the writ petition is concerned, though no order was passed in the writ petition, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
