to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the order dated 23.01.2020 in letter No.14060/E1/2019-11 of the 1st respondent herein, quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to grant No Objection Certificate in favour of the petitioner to start the new college in the name of VSB Arts and Science College at Karur.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 23.01.2020 in letter No.14060/E1/2019-11 of the 1st respondent herein, quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to grant No Objection Certificate in favour of the petitioner to start the new college in the name of VSB Arts and Science College at Karur.

2. Mrs.A.L.Ganthimathi, the learned senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's trust have an idea to start new college in the name of VSB Arts and Science College, Karur. Therefore, since the petitioner sought for necessary direction from the 2nd respondent to refund the fees which was deposited along with the 2/4

application.

3. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to submit proper request along with receipt to the 2nd respondent for refund of security deposit made along with application filed seeking permission to start new college in the name and style of VSB Arts and Science College, Karur within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider and order to refund the fees in the security deposit within a period of four weeks thereafter.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
