The present Application has been filed to extend the succession certificate with power to collect the debts and to receive the interest and dividends on and negotiate and transfer the securities of the deceased K.Achyuthan specified in the schedule to the Judges Summons.

2. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the application in A.No.3404 of 2025 in O.P.No.276 of 2024 is ordered as prayed for.
