ORDER
(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Section 406 IPC in Crime No. Not Known of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that on a complaint given by the de-facto complainant, petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.424 of 2018.
3. The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the respondent police and the respondent police is directed not to arrest the petitioner during enquiry.

4. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
