2. When a petition is returned for certain compliances, it is the duty of the petitioner to rectify the defects. Without rectifying the mistakes, he cannot approach this Court directly for numbering the petition. Hence this Civil Revision Petition as such is not maintainable and the same is dismissed accordingly. No costs.

3. Registry is directed to return the original papers to the petitioner to re-present it before the trial Court. 06.08.2019 Index: Yes/No Speaking Order/Non Speaking order.
