ORDER

This Court, by an order dated 22.06.2021 in W.P.No.12990 of 2021 directed the respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation seeking cancellation of patta within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Alleging that the order passed by this Court has not been complied with, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the Government Advocate, appearing for the respondent submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the respondent, by an order dated 25.11.2021 cancelled the patta as prayed for by the petitioner and he has also produced the copy of the said order and hence, the order passed by this Court has been complied with.

3. Recording the said submission, this contempt petition is closed as no further adjudication is required in this petition.
