This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 118 days in filing the criminal revision petition as against order passed in Crl.M.P.No.2204 of 2024 on the file of learned Special Judge under Tamilnadu Protection of Interest of Depositors (In Financial Establishment) Act, 1997, Chennai - 600 104.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 118 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
