This petition has been filed for a direction to the Respondent to register the FIR based on the complaint dated 23.06.2022 under CSR No. 200/2022, in view of the order passed by the Judicial Metropolitan Magistrate Court-II at Alandur dated 20.06.2023.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions submitted that an FIR has been registered in Crime No.223 of 2023. 3.

Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
