The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Section 420 of IPC in Crime No.not known of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard both sides.

3. It is seen from the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that only an enquiry is pending.

4. In view of the fact that only an enquiry is being conducted , it a premature stage to seek anticipatory bail. So, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police and to co-operate with the enquiry.
