ORDER

The petitioner is the wife. The petitioner and the respondent got married on 24.03.2019 at Pollachi. From the wedlock, a child was born, who is aged about three years now.

2. The husband has initiated the proceedings in O.P.No.313 of 2023 Page No 1 of 3

before the Family Court at Tirupur. The petitioner/wife pleads that she is a permanent resident of Pollachi and she is unable to travel from Pollachi to Tirupur for every hearing. She would also add that her child is merely studying Pre-KG in "Wizdom Tree School" at Pollachi. Therefore, with a child of such tender age, it is not possible for her to travel from Pollachi to Tirupur.

3. Taking the overall circumstances into consideration, I am inclined to allow this transfer petition. Hence, the proceeding in O.P.No.313 of 2023 which is now pending on the file of the Family Court at Tirupur is withdrawn and it shall stand transferred to the file of the Sub Court at Pollachi. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. No costs.
