2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay in filing the Criminal Original Petition is condoned and the petition is ordered. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Original Petition, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the matter for admission on 04.01.2022.
