ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the respondents to issue natham patta in respect of property namely Colony Natham land measuring about 1308 sq.ft. in old S.No.86/3B, New S.No.86/37, situated at K.Mamananthal Main Road, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Kallakurichi Municipality, Kallakurichi Distict based on the petitioner's representation dated 20.09.2021 and issue patta in the name of petitioner.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the fourth respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 20.09.2021 and, after issuance of notice to the counter parties, if any, and giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the counter parties, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
