This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 463 days in filing the above appeal against the Judgment and sentence dated 19.01.2024 passed by the Learned Special Judge for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act 2012, Vellore, Vellore District in Spl.S.C.No.107 of 2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 463 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
