ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the F.I.R. in Crime No.663 of 2012 dated 10.06.2012 on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that in the case in Crime No.663 of 2012, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the learned XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.1305 of 2013 on 27.10.2014.

3. Since charge sheet has already been filed in Crime No.663 of 2012, nothing survives in this petition for adjudication. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petition is closed.
