(The case has been heard through video conference) This matter is taken up for hearing under the caption "For Being Mentioned" today at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that earlier, this Court, by an order dated 04.01.2021 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners and directed the petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- in total to the credit of Crime No.759 of 2020 before the trial Court. However, in the said order, in paragraph 5(b) it has been wrongly typed as " (a) each of the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the credit of crime No.759 of 2020 before the trial Court."

3. Considering the above submission, the paragraph 5(b) of the order shall be substituted as follows:

" (b) the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) in total to the credit of crime No.759 of 2020 before the Trial Court".

4. The other conditions remain unaltered.

5. Registry is directed to incorporate above correction in the Order of this Court in Cr.O.P.No.20966 of 2020 dated 04.01.2021 and issue fresh order copy to the petitioner.
