Prayer: Criminal Original petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to set aside the impugned order passed in Cr.M.P.No.1314 of 2019 in D.V.C.No.31 of 2019 dated 15.07.2019 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Puducherry.

ORDER

This petition has been filed challenging the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.1314 of 2019 in D.V.C.No.31 of 2019 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Puducherry.

2.This petition is not maintainable before this Court, in view of the appeal remedy available under Section 29 of the Domestic Violence Act. Registry is directed to return the original order copy to the counsel for the petitioner to enable him to file an appeal before the Sessions Court. It is left open to the petitioner to raise all the grounds before the appellate Court and work out his remedy in accordance with the law.

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
