The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of certiorari calling for the records relating to proceedings/Decree and Judgement of the 1st respondent passed in C.M.A.C.S.No.1 of 2003 dated 05.11.2003 confirming the order of the 2nd respondent passed in Suit No.64 of 2002 Tha.Ni. Dated 21.10.2002 and the consequential Sale Notice in C.E.P.No.8/2003 dated 09.12.2003 on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same in so far as the petitioners concerned.
