This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in paragraph No.7 (b) on the petitioner, in Crl.O.P.No.29047 of 2022, dated 20.12.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that petitioner had complied the condition only till 24.07.2023 and thereafter not complied the condition.

3.In view of the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner had complied the condition only till 24.07.2023, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Therefore, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed.

4.The learned Principal Special Judge under EC/NDPS Act cases, Chennai, is also directed to take steps to cancel the bail as per the conditions imposed in the bail order passed in Crl.O.P.No.29047 of 2022, dated 20.12.2022.
