The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a Writ of Quo-Warranto, to quash the office held by the 3rd respondent herein as member, Ward 14 of the Peranamallur Panchayat Union, Vandavasi Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District.
2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 made a submission that the period of Ward Member had already been expired and the third respondent is no more a Ward https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Member and therefore, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition.
3.Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
