ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- [This case has been heard through Video Conference] The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police in connection with a case registered in Crime No.19 of 2020 for the offence punishable u/s 147, 420, 465, 494, 496 and 294(b) of IPC, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that though the FIR was initially registered as against Raman, Kumar, Munikannu, Vennila and Vimala, after investigation, final report has been filed only as against Raman and action as against these petitioners, who were arrayed as A2 to A4 has been dropped. Therefore, the petitioners are not wanted by the said police in connection with the allegations made in the FIR.
