This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 226 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition against the order dated 08.09.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.2644/2022 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Madhuranthakam.

2. Mr.R.Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) takes notice of the respondent and he did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
