Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the notification made in Na.Ka.No.Pa/1062/2013 dated 17.03.2013 issued by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and further directing the 2nd respondent to promote the petitioners to the post of Assistant Manager in the 2nd respondent office.

O R D E R

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to quash the order passed by the second respondent in proceedings dated 17.08.2013 and direct the respondents to promote the petitioners to the post of Assistant Manager.

2. However, the writ petitioners have already made their representations to the first respondent against the order passed by the second respondent. Thus, it is left open to the petitioners to submit further representations to the first respondent in this regard along with necessary documents. On receipt of further representations from the writ petitioners, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the first respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks, thereafter. The petitioners are directed to send the representations along with the order passed in this writ petition.
