This petition has been filed seeking to extend the interim bail granted to the detenu, S.A.Nawab Khan, S/o.Abdul Rahmaan, aged 54 years, Convict No.10663, detained at Central Prison, Coimbatore, in W.M.P.No.11711 of 2024 in W.P.No.31417 of 2023, dated 24.04.2024 from 03.08.2024 until the disposal of the above writ petition.

2. Since the report of the Probation Officer is in favour of the detenu, the interim bail already granted by this Court, is further extended for a period of three months i.e. from 03.08.2024 till 03.11.2024.

3. The Writ Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered, accordingly.
