ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for disobedience of the Order of this Court dated 28.02.2023 passed in W.P.No.5950 of 2023.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the Order of this Court has been complied and the fifth respondent has been called for the enquiry on 01.09.2023 and produced the communication sent by the respondent to the District Collector, Kallakurichi for taking disciplinary action against the fifth respondent. In such view of the matter, contempt does not arise.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Contempt Petition is closed.
