This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 27378 of 2023 dated 29.11.2022 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that draft charge sheet is ready to file and the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.

27378 of 2023 dated 29.11.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate, on receipt of summons.
