ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to give adequate police protection to the petitioner's hotel "Classic Residency"at Door No.7, Periyapalayam Main Road, Periyapalayam-601 102, Thiruvallur District.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner was taken on file in C.S.R No.720 of 2019 and the same was enquired and closed as civil in nature on 04.08.2019. That apart, there is also a civil suit pending between the parties in O.S No.30 of 2019 on the file of the District Munsif, Uthukottai.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. No cost.
