ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble S.S.Sundar J.) Today this Miscellaneous Petition is listed under the caption 'For being mentioned'.

2. The learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the earlier review application filed by the petitioner to review the order passed in W.P. No. 13021 of 2016, dated 22.11.2017 was dismissed by this Court.

3. In light of the above, the present petition seeking to review the same order of this Court, is not maintainable. Consequently, the present miscellaneous petition, which seeks to condone a delay of 1401 days in filing the second review application, cannot be entertained and is liable to be dismissed.

4. Accordingly, the present miscellaneous petition is dismissed. Consequently, the review application is rejected at the SR stage. Although this Court had earlier dismissed the petition on 02.01.2025 on other grounds, the reasons for dismissal shall now be read in conjunction with the reasons stated in the preceding paragraphs.
