This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.7355 of 2023 dated 11.04.2023 to stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, North Beach Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m for a period of 2 weeks and thereafter report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.7355 of 2023 dated 11.04.2023 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
