The petitioner has filed this writ petition for consideration of his representation dated 04.07.2022 before the respondent for rectifying and to issue patta in favour of the petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter is listed under the caption 'For Issuance of Patta', the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 04.07.2022 for issuance of patta, and the same was rejected.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout the remedy in the manner known to law. Hence the Writ Petition is disposed of.
