This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 56 days in filing the criminal revision petition as against order passed in Crl.M.P.No.4352 of 2024 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ponneri.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 56 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
