The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the matter has been settled between the parties through Mediation. Therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition. 2.In view of the same and also the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Application Nos.3831 and 3832 of 2025 are closed.
