This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6942 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.3762 of 2023 vide order dated 17.05.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court i.e. learned II Additional Special Judge (EC and NDPS) Act, Chennai, on alternative weeks i.e 1st and 3rd week of every month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
