ORDER

The petitioner was working as a salesman in the Ration Shop coming under the first respondent - Bank from 12.03.2001. He was suspended from service by the first respondent by the impugned order dated 26.11.2015. Challenging the same, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.After elaborate arguments made on both sides, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has submitted that enquiry has been conducted and a second showcause notice was also issued to the petitioner. 3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent and also the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the respondents / authorities, to dispose of the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the mean time, the petitioner shall file an affidavit of no-objection along with his representation to the first respondent, for availing subsistence allowance.

If any such representation is received, the first respondent shall consider and pass appropriate orders, as eligible. 4.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
