This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.10553 of 2023 dated 08.06.2023, that the Petitioners shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, Foreshore Estate Police station, everyday at 10.30 am, until further orders.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that in this matter investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the Court, concerned.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the Petitioner is totally relaxed. However, on summons the Petitioner has to appear before the Court, concerned.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
