O R D E R
Pursuant to the orders passed by this court on 18.08.2017, the petitioner appeared before this court in person. Mr.T.Sundaravadanan, the learned counsel representing the counsel for the petitioner submitted that the documents whose whereabouts which were sought to be ascertained were found in the documents filed along with C.C.No.78 of 2014 and it is now in the custody of the Judicial Magistrate, Alandur. The learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that he has obtained a certified copy of the same from the court. In view of the availability of the original documents before the court, he does not want to pursue the petition any more and seeks to withdraw this petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
