This writ petition has been filed for direction to the second respondent to grant permission for the utilization of the lands mentioned in the schedule, based on the representation dated 06.02.2023 of the petitioner, without obtaining the No Objection Certificate from the third respondent.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.02.2023 and to dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date 2/4
