2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the order dated 30.08.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.20756 of 2022, the Paragraph No.6 in conditions (b) and (c) have been erroneously stated. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks necessary directions.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the paragraph No.6 (b) and (c) of the order dated30.08.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.20756 of 2022 shall read as follows;- ''[b] the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five thousand only) as non refundable deposit to the credit of COVID-19 SALEM DISTRICT; SB.A/c No : 190601000434; IFSC code : ICIC0006119; The Personal Assistant (General) to the Collector, Collectorate, Room No.117, First Floor, Salem-636 001, Ph.No.9445008148, under necessary acknowledgment, without prejudice to his right of defence before the trial court and submit the proof of payment of the said amount before the aforesaid learned Judicial Magistrate, who after perusing the challan/receipt/acknowledgment, shall accept the sureties furnished by the petitioner. [c] the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at

10.30 a.m for a period of one week and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation''.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections in the Order dated 30.08.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.20756 of 2022 and issue fresh order copy.

5. The time for the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as directed by this Court, in Crl.O.P.No.20756 of 2022 dated 30.08.2022 is extended, till 28.10.2022.
