This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 52 days in filing the criminal appeal against in Crl.M.P.No.4 of 2025 order dated 19.03.2025 in Spl.S.C.No.64 of 2023 passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Puducherry. 2.Mr.E.V.Chandru @ E.Chandrasekaran, learned Special Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondent.

3.This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same in usual course.
