This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17166 of 2021 on 17.09.2021 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m and 05.30.p.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.
