ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 5 to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 02.05.2025 and to hand over the retail outlet to the petitioner and to take action against the 6 th respondent in order to safeguard the petitioner's dealership.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 2 to 5 submitted that the representation made by the petitioner on 02.05.2025 has been rejected and it has been informed to the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner did not receive any response from the respondents. 4.
The copy of the communication made by the Territory Manager of the Corporation was placed before this Court.

In the light of the above development, if the petitioner is aggrieved, it is left open to the petitioner to challenge the rejection letter in the manner know to law .
