ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioners in the guise of enquiry.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent would produce the summons that are issued by the Police and submits that on specific complaint from one Thimmaraj, on summons, the petitioners are called for enquiry. In view thereof, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent for enquiry on 03.07.2025 and on the same day, the preliminary enquiry, if any, shall be completed and except by issuing summons, the petitioners cannot be harassed any further.
