T. Raja, aged about 23 years, who is now illegally detained by the third respondent before this Court and set her at liberty.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Inter alia alleging that the detenue is in the illegal custody of the third respondent, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that it is a case of elopement of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

detenue with the third respondent. Both are missing and the search was made with the last known working place of the third respondent. It appears that he has discontinued his services there.

3. In view of the above said statement, we are of the view that there is no illegal detention is involved. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed. However, the respondent police shall proceed with the investigation. As and when the detenue is secured, she should be produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate.
