ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions against the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 01.07.2024.

2. On instructions, Mr.U.Baranidaran, learned Additional Government Pleader, would submit that the third respondent, on receipt of the representation submitted by the petitioner, issued notice to the counter parties calling for the enquiry to be held on 30.07.2024 at 11.00 am.

3. In view of the above, the third respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the representation submitted by the petitioner on or before 04.08.2024.

4. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
