This petition has been filed to Relax the condition that the petitioner shall stay at Chidambaram and report before the Inspector of Police Town Police Station everyday at 10.30am until further orders in Crl.OP.12400/2023 dated 06.06.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the the Inspector of Police Town Police Station, once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
