This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.13 of 2018 on the file of the 1st respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), on instructions, would submit that in Crime No.13 of 2018, investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate-VI, Coimbatore and the same is not take on file.
