This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 1st respondent namely Inspector of Police, F1, Gummidipoondi Police Station to execute the non-bailable warrant issued by the IV FTC/Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai on 03.09.2024 and arrest the 2nd respondent/accused and produce him before the trial Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first 2/4

respondent submitted that on 01.07.2025 itself the non bailable warrant issued against the 2nd respondent was executed and as on date, no non bailable warrant is pending.
