This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.10756 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.10718 of 2022 on 27.07.2022, that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Thiruvanmiyur Police Station, Chennai daily at 10.30 a.m. for two weeks and thereafter to report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m. daily for two weeks.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
