ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to call for the records pertaining to the Refusal Check Slip TP/277066195/2026 and 277076155 dated 06.06.2026 issued by the second respondent and quash the

same as illegal and consequently direct the second respondent to register the Settlement Deed dated 28.05.2026 presented by the petitioner.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous and nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication.
