This petition has been filed to relax the condition "[b] the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" imposed in Crl.O.P.No16186 of 2022 dated 18.07.2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
